State Bank of India now released new mobile banking app and banking SMS portal for simple banking. With this mobile application SBI account holders can know balance on their account, transfer money to friends or relatives account, Pay bills, Make payment, Recharge Mobile, etc. with simple clicks. Users can use this service with or without GPRS connection and SBI features these services for free but normal SMS charges applicable.
To get this application or activation visit your SBI Branch with your handset or follow below steps.
How to getting start with SBI mobile banking?
1st Step: Send MBSREG to 922340000 as SMS (basically SMS charge applicable), after the SMS successfully send you got your User ID and MPIN
2nd Step: Download Mobile banking Freedom App from SBI official website
3rd Step: You must change the MPIN in order to continue
To change MPIN dial *595# and reply with your User Id, then choose Change MPIN option
4th and final step: Visit near ATM counter or your SBI branch and submit your phone number
How to submit mobile number via ATM counter?
Swipe your ATM debit card on any SBI ATM counter
Select Mobile Registration >> Select Mobile Banking Registration >> Registration >> Enter 10 digit mobile number (Use already registered mobile number on SBI)
